AMAZING SERVICE!!!! This washer and dryer service is completely awesome! I was sent a text when my rep William was on his way and I was able to track his route and far away he was at ALL times. He was extremely friendly! He even made sure that he helped me start my first load in the washer before he brought in the dryer. By the time the dryer was set up he helped me transfer my load to the dryer to make sure it worked! All newer appliances that have been rarely used and they make sure they work before you leave! I COMPLETELY recommend this service! They are extremely friendly and care about customer satisfaction. You also get a free bottle of tide laundry detergent for your first couple of loads!!!!! Definitely recommend this service and William is amazing!!!

Delivered on time with email including LIVE delivery ETA via mapping link. WILLIAM NTIM did a perfect job setting up appliance including final cleaning. Excellent customer interaction; perfect actually.So far, so good!

William was extremely kind and very professional. He was careful installing my washer and dryer and did not damage any walls or doorways while moving the units through the house. Never thought of renting before but with the reasonable pricing it was easy to make my decision. I received new units with digital displays that has the latest and greatest options. I due recommend their services if you are looking to rent appliances etc..

I think that, in life, when you are a perfectionist and you like good quality of things and specially your living, you have to choose quality, and the company who will bring you the best service. A company who gives you personalized service, has the best customer service and offers you all you need is just perfect. This place is fantastic. Very professional service and great people. William was very helpful and careful. He made sure to not mark or damage the floors or walls when delivering the appliances. He made sure to test everything and show me how they work. The appliances were brand new and clean. No complaints, excellent service. Very professional and hospitable. I would definitely recommend.

In my 30+ years of dealing with customer service, never have I come across someone like William and his business. Not only is this job difficult, but exhausting. Yet William takes time and care to not destroy walls or furniture or the equipment he’s delivering. His level of service is impeccable over the phone to the delivery. The machines are clean and huge! The time is taken to make sure everything works properly and you are a happy customer. I highly recommend anyone who needs appliances to give Willliam a call!
